More than 30 riders took part in the first Vans Dawn of the Shred last month and the crew are hoping for an equally good turnout at the second contest on March 22. It takes place in the Vans Terrain Park on Cairngorm Mountain.

The Vans snowboard team - Mark Ruparelia, Chris Chatt and Tim Warwood – will be there and there’s an après party in the Woolshed. DJ Scott Nixon will be also be making a return trip north to spin the tunes.

Entry costs £10 with a £10 deposit for bibs. Lift pass charges will apply to spectators.
