Quiksilver supporting Brits Big Air Champs and Quik Night Session

Quiksilver are sponsoring the British Big Air Championships in Laax in Tuesday March 1 and Thursday March 3.

Top British riders including Jenny Jones, Tyler Chorlton and Scott McMorris will be taking part in the head-to-head contest. There’ll be four rounds of knock-out qualification rounds with a limit on the repetition of tricks to ensure the riders pull out all the stops in their quest to take the top spot and bag some TTR points.

DJs South Central will be on the decks at the Riders Palace on Tuesday March 1 when they headline the Quik Sessions Night in association with Whitelines.

On the NME tour last year with The Enemy and The Wombats, South Central spectacularly dissolves the boundaries of what DJing and live music are as they use a laptop, a keyboard and a 'magicbox' of their own invention to remix tracks live. Their DJ slots are a perfect blend of guitar-powered indie and bleepy electro that promises to set the Quik Sessions night off with a bang.

Packages to the Brits which include lift pass, accommodation and party access are still available. Full details and rider registration available at www.brits08.com
