Burton's Scrap Metal returns this weekend and will visit three indoor slopes during October.
The contest offers a one-hour practice going straight into the jam qualifying session. The judges will pick the top 10 boys and top three girls to go into the final, which will be held at the end of the evening.
There will be prizes up for grabs for the top three male riders, best female on the night and the highest placed un-sponsored rider will win a trip to Avoriaz (France), staying
at Rude Apartments with members of the UK Burton Team.
Document Snowboard Magazine will cover the whole trip and all the winners will be guaranteed a shot in the article, which will drop, in a future publication.
Previous winners of the best unsponsored category include George Woolley who was recently signed too the Burton Rookie Program after last year's trip as well as Neil Campbell and Simon Foster of Tearoom Productions fame.
They are also introducing a new Riders Choice Award to spice things up a little. After every event all contestants will vote for who they thought was the best rider on the evening, then after the final competition at Milton Keynes the results will be counted and the winner will be presented with a Series 13 voucher to go online and design their very own snowboard for free.
