The Canadian snowboard team has suffering major cash difficulties this season. The team has won 24 World Cup medals this season but the cash-flow situation caused one rider to miss the World Cup finals and one of the boardercross coaches to leave. Now a Canadian law firm have come forward to give the team financial support next season.  Telus has also presented the team with a $50,000 bonus after its podium successes this season.
