Charlotte Pass – Australia’s highest resort - has recently been sold to a Cooma-based business consortium.

Snowy Mountains Resorts announced they had purchased Charlotte Pass Village after getting the go ahead from the State Environment Department.

The deal encompasses the historic 1930s Kosciusko Chalet Hotel and the Oversnow Transport Company.
