Quiksilver rider Jakob Willhelmson won the 4 star TTR Red Bull Nanshan Open at the weekend.

The final 11 riders hit the Nokia Nanshan Mellow Park in spring-like conditions in the Chinese resort before the field was whittled down to the best four for the superfinal.

Returning rider Jakob Wilhelmson hit both big kickers in his first run with smooth 7’s and 5’s. Marc Swoboda was runner up with a backside 7 and frontsie 5.

Third went to Atsuchi with huge switch frontside 7’s and 5’s. Jake Koia followed in fourth position representing the southern hemisphere.

Three-time DMC Champion DJ Wordy was on the snow all day spinning his Wordy-isms and punk bands SKO and Recycle took the stage later.
